2 Grooms, 2 Brides And One Wedding

I just went through a lot of stress with the last wedding that I have been hired to organize. It was not an ordinary wedding which I expected before I was briefed completely with the set up. I found out that the wedding will be a double wedding between 2 pairs of best friends who are best friends with each other. I must admit that I have never come across anything like this kind of wedding before so everything is kind of new for me. I was just glad that the 2 grooms and the 2 brides were just as hands on as their friends to make the double wedding a huge success. They even didn’t have problems with the expenses because everything was sponsored by their friends and relatives. In fact, they could have 10 more weddings with the amount being allotted for the wedding and still have some more left for anniversaries together. So you can just imagine how much they paid me to make the magic happen for their wedding day. Everything was double. The cakes, the rings, the entourage, the food, the fun and the gifts all came in 2’s. It took us 2 full months to complete everything before we could even say that everything was ready. If you would ask me, they were still able to save a lot of money by doing the double wedding because the huge wedding reception venue was so expensive that they saved half of it instead of renting 2 different venues for the wedding receptions of the same value.
